This office should be closed down. I have never met anyone in public office who was more rude. The two employees I came in contact with were the aposlutly worst and most rude federal employees I have ever came in contact with. After working for a law enforcement agency and retiring, if I spoke to someone from the public the way these people do at this office, I would have been fired. The lady I delt with was so condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She interrupted me continually when I was asking questions. She rolled her eyes and it appeared I was wasting her time. While I was in the office a 15 year old kid from high sachool came in to get an ID card. He was very respectful, but walked into the office. The employee I was talking with jumped down the kids throat. Raised her voice and told him "I don't know who you are! I don't want to lose my life for no reason, stay behind the door!" I couldn't believe what I was hearing. If she is that terrified of being at work, she needs another job! Ive been to many DMVs in my 50 years, in several states across the US, this one is the absolute worse in the USA and needs to be closed down, or the staff needs to be replaced ASAP.

Fantastic service from both ladies, one even went above and beyond to help me achieve my goal and for that I am very grateful. When going anywhere in life remember TREAT PEOPLE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED!

Very poor attitudes towards customer service. Her tone was quite disrespectful until she realized I was in the military. It's a shame I wasn't treated with kindness and respect before that.

We arrived to the DMV at 3:30pm to transfer our out of state driver's license. They quit taking numbers at this time and told us we could wait and see if we would be seen before 4:30. We waited patiently as others came in after us came in to wait as well. 2 gentlemen came in around 3:50 and cut there way in line, were waited on and services rendered when we were there waiting first. They came out at 4:05 and said we would be next in line after the 5 min process with the people in front of us. That our process would only take 10 mins. The process of the people before us took about 15 minutes because they sat back in the office talking until 4:28 pm. Then, told us that they didn't have time after we waited with our 4 kids for an hour....out waltzed the assholes that cut infront of us (and they knew it).

VERY VERY RUDE... DOES NOT ANSWER CALLS, will not give answers for guestions asked. they act like they are better then the people they are serving. This is a state office not their personal office and they need to treat the public with the same respect they would want if they came into an office like this. GET BETTER PUBLIC SERVING INDIVIDUALS...
