If you like high electric bills, then I suggest you go there. Horrible management, and it's sad because it's a nice park. Other than high electric bills and poor management it's ok.

We've been here not even a week & have already had a cooler stolen in broad daylight while I was in our RV! We moved over here because rent was cheaper than at our previous RV park & there are several guys my husband could carpool with. But I guess you get what you pay for. The other RV park was gated & had security cameras. After reading other reviews I see that theft is common here. Water pressure is terrible, & one day this week water was completely shut off without notice for several hours. I do like the area that we are in as far as having large shade trees & more of a "yard" for my son & dog to play in.

Stayed here for two months. Not impressed. Muddy parking areas in the older section and the water kept getting turned off for no reason in the park. From what they said, it was maintenance issues. The ladies at the front desk even said their maintenance boys are slow and that it may take a while. Not the best thing to hear after a hard day's work and wanting a shower after I got in. One of the laundry rooms by the office needs a new floor before someone falls through it. The laundry room by the ball court flooded twice while we were there due to shoddy drainage. The rules aren't strictly enforced. Its was loud there because a guy would always ride his side by side around the park even after 10pm....the rules say no atvs are to be driven around. I suggest to spend a bit more and go elsewhere where the campers are treated better and with more respect, like I just did. .......to your lying excuse of a response "owner".... no I never got a tour because I came in after hours, around midnight, when your office was closed. Thank you very much. So please stop with the excuses. Grind some of the 2 dozen stumps you have all around that are full of termites as well. While your at it.....fix your park, its not a resort!!!!!

Clean, quiet, large RV park. Very few rest rooms, not all were working. The vast majority of people were long term residents working in construction, everyone was friendly.
