This was the first visit for a bridge and was major construction work. All went well and no real pain afterward. The only improvement I would suggest is that I didn't know this would be an extended appointment. I really didn't know what to expect so I believe explaining the process timing etc. would be helpful.

I highly recommend Hover Dental. The staff are friendly and professional, and they take care to make sure you're fully satisfied.

Changed dental providers at open enrollment for my employer. Emailed the dental office on their website contact page in late March/ early April. No contact from them. Decided to contact them directly today. They never rec'd my email inquiry about requesting a new patient exam, etc. The office manager tells me they no longer are accepting my dental plan, however my dental insurance provider has them on the list as accepting new patients. She then tells me the reason for not accepting my insurance-reimbursement for their services is too low. Like that is my fault. Now I have to contact my dental insurance provider and find a new dentist that 'will' accept my insurance coverage. Very unprofessional to be telling the public the reason they are not accepting certain insurance coverage is due to not getting enough money for the services they provide.

I have been going to Hover dental for over a year and switched my whole family to their practice. Knowledgeable, kind staff have always been available for questions and seem to really care.

Over the past several years I have visited a number of times for procedures ranging from routine cleanings to a root canal. After each visit, I've left impressed with the great service I received from Dr. Kochevar, Carlos and the rest of the team at Hover Dental.
