By far the best dentist I have been to.  The staff here is incredibly kind, caring, and welcoming.  Very easy scheduling with text and email appointment reminders.  I came to them after ignoring my dental health for a good 6+ years and have needed quite a bit of work done.  Dr. Coats did a fantastic job putting together a treatment plan with me and has performed excellent, painless procedures. Recently I had a painful tooth infection and Dr. Coats was able to get me in ASAP to evaluate.  It was such a relief to be seen within 24 hours of calling about the issue.  I know not every place is this accommodating in emergent situations.

I have had nothing but good experiences here and am incredibly thankful for all they have done for me. Truly an awesome group of people!

Edit:  I wanted to follow up and again express how great my experience has continued to be at this dental office.  Since my original review,  I have referred others to Dr. Coats and am thrilled to hear how well they have been taken care of.  The staff here will always welcome you warmly and addresses  any of your concerns in a timely manner.  Thank you all for always going the extra mile to take care of your patients.   I'm glad that I have a great and compassionate place to go to for dental care!

Dr.  Coats has been my dentist for many years and he has always provided top quality, painless, and caring treatment for both myself and my parents.       His staff are always courteous and helpful. The hygienist's visit is enjoyable, pain free and thorough. His office has a comfortable feel and they have state of the art equipment.  I would not want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Brian Coats is a great dentist. I have been going to him for 17 years now. I will admit I was a "chicken" when I first started going to him. He is a very gentle, caring dentist. I'm not a "chicken" any more. All of his staff is also great.

I hold Dr Coats and his staff in very high regard.  Most recently I was having issues with my 8 year old having panick attacks when going to seeing any kind of doctor.  He would cry, run or refuse to even open his mouth for a strep culture.  Sure enough, Dr Coats and his staff were well prepared and everyone was supportive.  My son went in for a cleaning, left me in the waiting room with his chin high and got his teeth cleaned and checked with no issues.  That's what a good relationship with your dentist can do for your family!

I am terrified of the Dentist, and this was by far the best case scenario! Dr. Coats was kind, and detailed with his explanations of what he was doing and why it mattered. They hygienist was just lovely to work with.  It was a very good experience, and after years of avoiding the dentist I will be going back in a few short months!
