Most definitely very educated lawyer! Extremely nice to deal with and very understanding I can one thing so far that I'm very pleased with everything he has don't so far I highly recommend him to anybody in need of a very confident and well liked attorney!! I am thankful to you Mr. Bailey for the professionalism and humanity you displayed in handling my criminal case that just ended with positive outcome. You are truly a lawyer that is a living example of what a good lawyer should be. You explained to me, at the beginning , what would happen in every stage of the trial with all the possible outcomes and it truly came to pass as you said. You got me the victory through your knowledge of  the lawyer and your one of a kind presentation skills. Mr. Bailey, you are an example of what every lawyer should look up to emulate in terms of your professionalism  encapsulated in our humanity. Thank you Mr. Bailey. My son got arrested in Newark on a  drug charge and several motor vehicle charges.  I did some research for a Lawyer and I am very happy that I picked Mr Bailey. First, when we first met with him he told us every outcome that could happen. My son was facing jail time and a loss of his drivers licence for 2 years.  I put my son in a rehab and kept Mr. Bailey up to date on his progress.  Several times he went to court without my son because he was in rehab and he kept me posted every time.  Also when we did go to court Mr. Bailey knew everyone in the court house, from the Sheriff officers, court clerks, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Judges, he was saying hello to them all. When ever I needed to contact him I would call him or email him and he got back to me every time. I sent updates on my son from his rehab and his halfway house so when we finally went to court for the last time he had copies of everything I sent him to give to the Prosecutor and the Judge.  The final result was my son got off without any jail time or probation!! and the motor vehicle charges were dropped. He went from facing jail time to a very low fine and court costs.  I have used several Lawyers in my life and Mr. Bailey by far was the most professional I have ever had worked with.  I would recommend him to anyone.  One last thing I did not shop around for prices buy I think his fee was more than fair.

Mr. Bailey is very good at his job.  Honestly I presented him with a two very difficult cases to win and he did.  He won a civil and a criminal case with ease.  I highly recommend Mr. Bailey as an attorney.  He is a very professional and highly respected in the NJ Superior Court.  Everyone stopped to say hello when we walked the halls.  Thank you Mr. Bailey for winning not once but twice!  Great work!
