Eric and his team has been wonderful throughout our process of obtaining Green Card through Marriage. His attention to details, knowledge about the immigration matters and timely responses were of great help, especially when this process itself is gruesome.
My wife and I greatly appreciate his assistance throughout the process.

I highly recommend Eric mark, Eric was very helpful and he was by my side until the end of the case I really happy that everything works out great I recommend him to anybody he's a very nice guy on really helpful

Terrible lawyer, he postponed me more than 1 year saying that I need more documents, excuses every time, delays and more and more weird documents required.
His secretary won't connect my call and/ or I will get "he will call you back later". ( yea right )
When I switched to a new lawyer ,she submitted my paperwork in 1 week, with LESS documentation that Eric asked for and not mention the fact that she did it in 1 week. Only after that, and after speaking with couple of more lawyers, I realized what mistake I did hiring Eric M Mark.

Please do your research and don't hand him a check like I did, he basically took $1200 fee to start what it will be a never ending process, won't return the money stating that it's a fee for all the phone calls and time wasted on the case.( there were 2 phone calls when I tried to get my money back, just 1 meeting when I handed the check, and the rest it's emails probably sent by his secretary).

I had the privilege of working with Eric and his team during my Green Card application process. A truly professional, intelligent, and competent lawyer, I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of a lawyer for similar situations. Although I believe my case was relatively straight forward, Eric consistently demonstrated a great level of expertise and thorough understanding of the legal system. I have no doubt he would be able to procure favorable outcomes in even the toughest of cases.

Him and his team are very efficient and work round the clock to get tasks done in a timely manner. He is also extremely accommodating of his clients' schedules and addresses any thoughts/concerns that may arise.

Eric showed great attention to detail in ensuring no aspect of my application was neglected and took every step to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. From the very beginning, his instructions, document requirements, and plan were transparent and easily understood.

It was a true pleasure working with Eric and his team; I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a focused, driven, and genuinely kind lawyer.

We found Eric on line and picked him randomly, knowing little to nothing about the immigration process.. It immediately became evident from our first consultation that we had hit the bulls eye with our choice.
 Eric immediately had us feeling relaxed and confident that we be receiving the knowledgeable, professional, and thorough help we were seeking. My wife's initial nervousness was replaced with an excited and overjoyed outlook for our future.
 Everything went smoothly and in such a timely manner.
I would happily recommend Eric and his firm to anyone seeking an immigration process. My wife and I are both excited and pleased with our outcome, and future.
