First off, Howley's is such a great vibe,not a huge place, but a total diner feeling,which we happen to love. I have been wanting to come here for a couple of years, but every time I pass during season there is a large crowd of people waiting for a table. Parking lot is small, but there is plenty of off street parking. We went for breakfast our favorite meal. Service was on point, any questions were answered quickly and food came out hot, fresh and quick. I ordered the hotcakes which I normally do not order and they were exactly how you want your hotcakes. My husband's French toast was moist, savory and the waitresses convinced him to try the vegetable sausage, which he loved! My brother's omelet was fluffy and filled with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese. They make their jams in house and I was partial to the fig jam. The only reason I can't give Howley's a five star is because honestly there were a few flies and fruit flies in the place. I know that it is a hard thing to control, but there was more than a couple and it's a bit of a turn off for me. But I am willing to come back for lunch and give it another chance due to the fact the food is that good.

We visited for the first time this week after visiting the Palm Beach Zoo and Howley's did not disappoint. We were greeted by the staff and promptly sat. Our server, Kristen, was bubbly and helpful. We started with the fried mozzarella which tasted fresh and had a flavorful marinara for dipping. We also tried the lemonade and it tasted fresh and not overly sweet or tart. We each tried a different entree - country fried steak, brisket sandwich, chicken Philly, and the brisket burrito. The brisket was tender and super delicious. The country fried steak was probably the table favorite. We even asked for extra gravy. Kristen checked on us throughout our meal and gave us wonderful service. For dessert, we tried the key lime pie, vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, and the peanut butter pie. Kristen explained the ice cream comes from a local creamery. We left super satisfied and with plans to return soon.

This establishment is very friendly!! The food is nice and hot! The quantity is huge! If you walk out still hungry, I'd be shocked. The spaghetti is huge amount. The fried green tomatoes was a lot and perfect. Highly recommend this location.

This place is too cool! Loved my Tuna Melt in the Diner setting that is Howley's!  Fresh, hot & delicious!  Neat idea to serve a "TV Dinner" of the day!  Lots of down home cooking here!  Try them!

Though I wasn't crazy about my meal, this restaurant has a funky vibe that should be experienced. I had the "TV Dinner" special. Brisket with gravy tender and tasty meat ruined by very sweet gravy, mashed potatoes much too salty, peas bland, and a chocolate brownie square moist but just okay. Tyler, our seasoned server, was animated, engaging, charming, and attentive. You have to try this restaurant for it's originality.  Parking: There is ample parking in the back of the restaurant.

While looking for a place to eat a great meal in West Palm Beach, Florida I found myself at the Howley's dinner. This restaurant was established in 1950 and shares the old fashion homestyle feeling. The meals are cooked in sight and are hand prepped everyday. The surrounding interior style is surrounded by art and culture from a variety of artist around the world. On this evening occasion I had the chicken tortilla soup and a mixed greens salad. The soup was over the top and each bite was a thrill to the tongue and the mixed greens salad was fresh, providing more than enough lettuce for one meal. Thank you to all the members and staff at the Howley's.

Been coming here for years, a review was overdue! This is an adorable hipster diner with classic dishes, unique plates, and a full bar. Decor is adorable and the service is always great! Their TV dinners are always a treat. Parking lot can be a little tight during busier times.

A twist on an old diner. Very hip vibe with down to earth people. Come fully tattooed or bring grandma to reminisce the past. The food was great and came out fast! The customer service was top notch! Expect to wait a little but it won’t disappoint!

BE PREPARED TO QUEUE!!! Very popular spot, so get here on time to avoid too long a wait. It’s the staff that make the difference! We’ve been here a few times, always treated like a special guest, in a spot that’s just kinda cool! AMBIANCE - diner style breakfast joint, with quirky and cool accents, staff bring some fun and energy to the place too. MENU - does everything you want for breakfast and more, plenty of egg options, thick pancakes and much more  BOOZE - they make 4 scoop ice cream milkshakes, and yes you can add a shot or two … fresh squeezed OJ, want a vodka shot with that? Local hipster brews? They got that too!!! Just a great vibe to start your day!

Great service. Great Artichoke dip. Great vibe. Very extensive menu. Loved our time there. Shrimp and grits were just okay with large portions. Excellent experience overall!
