We loved living at Hoyt Apartments! George was the best landlord we have ever had. He responded fast to texts and immediately fixed any problems. When it came to the snow, it was always cleaned. Very pleased!

I could not have better things to say about George and my experience renting here. He truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything is attended to. If it wasn't for a relocation for a job, I'd have stayed here for quite some time! Absolutely would recommend to anyone in the area.

My family has been here over 10 years now. George is an exceptional landlord, he goes out of his way to make sure you are well taken care of. 

George (the owner) and Jerry (the maintenance professional) are 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet. They do a great job making this feel more like a home than an apartment.

What I really like is the constant maintenance. Instead of waiting for things to wear out or break down, everything is kept maintained and old stuff get replaced.

I have lived here for several years, and can honestly say that this it truly a home.  The owner takes great pride in the property and has an active presence.  Maintenance concerns are handled quickly and professionally.  The property is well maintained and often upgraded.  I am very happy to call this place my home.

My experience living at Hoyt Apartments has been terrific.  George (the owner) and Jerry (the maintenance professional) do an exceptional job caring for the facilities.  George is excellent at communicating and is always very responsive to any needs or questions.  The apartments have a really great value especially considering their location.
