Was a tenant for 2 years, lived in the apartments and the townhomes.  The complex was sold half way through my second year, transition wasn't so bad.  Places need a little T.L.C. but are in good hands.  Staff was really helpful and prices seemed reasonable for the area.  Worth at least taking a look at!  I recommend the townhomes, they are very private and rather roomy!

After living here for 7 years, I was happy to leave. The management team (Hoffmann Management) is unstable. They randomly enact new rules like a $50 fine per child that is caught playing outside without an adult and a $50 fine if you don't move your car when they put a snow sign up. The snow signs would be placed at 7am for cars to be moved by 8am that day. If you didn't see it and move your car in time, $50 fine. It's the maintenance people that plow.  They (mostly Carole) would bang on people's doors and keep banging yelling "I know you're in there, open up" and would make wild accusations against several tenants. I won't even get into the nightmare of her actions when we were trying to leave. 

The head of maintenance was really nice, as were the neighbors. But, the units are cheaply made and not worth the price. No locked lobby, packages frequently walked off. Parking lot is a mess and there is no guest parking.  Huge leaking issue in the basement which soaks items in the storage units. There is a very high tenant turn-over rate and it is completely understandable why.
