Right from the start Jack Hoyt and his staff showed such compassion and concern for both me and my wife.  I was never asked for a retainer, and my case was settled with a good outcome.  Jack is highly experienced and immediately gained our confidence.  His staff was always available for us and always willing to answer questions.  They made the process easy and comfortable for us.  I highly recommend Hoyt & Hoyt.

Hoyt & Hoyt handled two cases for our family. One involved a bicycle vs car accident for which Jack obtained a good settlement without having to go to trial. Subsequent to that case, not expecting any additional legal experiences, my elderly father died in some unfortunate circumstances. I took my mother to  Hoyt & Hoyt and Jack once again came through for my family. My elderly mother was offered a good settlement and was subjected to limited stress throughout the process. 

Hoyt & Hoyt are true advocates for their clients. The lip service of legal advocacy claims fill the airwaves but the reality to deliver results involves experience, knowledge and empathy of the system and toward the client, all of which Hoyt & Hoyt delivers. I have 2 separate experiences with Hoyt & Hoyt that prove their word and work.

I would recommend Hoyt & Hoyt to anyone in need of legal services whole heartedly.

When I came to Hoyt & Hoyt I was frightened and in a great deal of physical and emotional pain.  I had been hit by a car while riding my bicycle.  I had a broken wrist, a severe concussion and every part of my body was bruised and sore.  The insurance companies were asking all kinds of questions and I did not know how to properly respond.  Hoyt & Hoyt said "Tell them to call me" and "Don't say another word".  This was music to my ears.  Hoyt & Hoyt said "It will take about 2 years".  I came away from that first meeting completely relieved.  The nightmare of dealing with the insurance companies was over.   Hoyt & Hoyt handled my case from soup to nuts guiding me through depositions and various procedures, answering every question that came to mind with care and reassuring expertise.  It did take about 2 years, not one moment in doubt.  Hoyt & Hoyt eased my emotional pain and got me some very nice compensation for my physical trauma and suffering.  I am very grateful for Hoyt & Hoyt.
