Tom McKinney is an outstanding and extremely knowledgeable employment attorney.  He took the time to speak to me and reassure me. I was searching for an attorney with a great reputation in representing me in my case. After reading through all the positive reviews of Castronvo & McKinney, I requested a consultation with this firm. Tom responded quickly, and my experience so far has been great! Tom has been prompt with communication and keeping me up to date. He is honest, knowledgeable, professional, and always well prepared. I am in good hands, and it is very comforting!

I don’t even know where to begin when describing Tom Mckinney and Paul Castronovo, they are truly the best at what they do. From my very first meeting with Tom I knew that I was in good hands. He walked me through every step of the process and was always there to answer any questions I had. Both Tom and Paul were very knowledgeable about all the details of my case and the laws that pertained to it and there was no doubt that I was receiving the best representation. Being involved in any type of legal matter can be quite intimidating especially when your just an average person dealing with a company. However Tom definitely made the process go as smooth as possible and that is definitely because of his expertise in this area of law. I will forever be thankful for having Tom as my attorney and highly recommend Castronovo and Mckinney for anyone in need of an attorney for an employment matter.

Extremely professional attorneys!!! Mr. McKinney always returns my calls in a timely manner. I’m a small business owner and thought my case was too small for them to take on. After one phone call, I was assured I had a great team on my side!
