Wanted to commend the staff and especially David for his help showing the new grower the ropes. Was very knowledgeable and professional with helping me with all my needs. I will be coming back so that I can deal with top Great staff like David. Great discounts on all merchandise. Keep up the good work guys.

Super knowledgeable staff very helpful spent time with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Landon was exceptional he answered every question I had and so much more. I will only go back to this store because the selection was great and the staff is truly top notch.

I've driven by their stores for years, but always went to a different store. Decided to stop in the other day, and I'll never go anywhere else again! Fair prices, and super friendly staff!! I even left with a free gallon of compost tea!! Glad these guys are out there helping people and sharing the good word!!

This was my first time in this shop and I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to answer questions and make experienced suggestions. Also the manager William hooked it up with a free tee shirt and discount on my purchase. Will definitely be shopping here more in the future.

After having issues here before I gave it another shot. I was quickly reminded why I stopped shopping here. After buying hundreds of dollars worth of stuff. I bought a Y-Hvac pipe. They refused to return it . It did not fit the filter as I was told it would fit. The principal of the issue is more of a concern than the actual purchase.I was given bad information about my growing needs and took it as a lesson but the service I've received here is WAY below expectations. Considering it was a 20 dollar item it is quickly forgotten but i cant imagine If it was a $200+ meter,light, or a tent and I got this kind of treatment would have bin extremely bothered but it is enough for me to take a further drive to a diffrent location for the rest of my growing needs. The return policy is on the receipt. In other words, after you purchase the item. NICE JOB HTG
