This is the poster child for Walmart. The parking lot has overnight campers and the place is busy. Best selection of craft/sewing items I've seen. The electronics department doesn't have much and even the least expensive items are behind glass. Friendly people.

I love Walmart. This particular Walmart has terrible customer service. Yesterday I had to return a cell phone. I had a receipt and it was within the posted return period for cell phones. But they refused to accept the return for over an hour while I politely but persistently asked them to honor their company policy. The front end manager said they didn't have to take returns purchased at a different Walmart. Then she said every Walmart has their own return policies. Then she said the Walmart where I purchased it must not have activated it in the system (though the receipt had the phone specific serial number and I had been using it for a week... I was returning it because it kept losing contact with my SD card, forcing me to restart it to use my camera or downloaded apps). She never even looked me in the face or apologized for the inconvenience. She never offered to call someone who might be able to help. I finally insisted on talking to a higher ranking manager, and after a half for wait a department manager... From automotive.... came. She told me no one in the store could help me. At this point I became a little loud in pointing out the written return policy, and that I had been at the service counter well over an hour, and that I was being treated rudely and lied to about Walmart policy. I said I was sure someone in the store had authority to honor the company's written return policy. I reiterated that I would not leave without finishing my transaction, and that I was making my second attempt at this return (first time they didn't have another phone in stock... I didn't complain, just returned a few days later). I told them if I left and came another day it would be past the return period, and they clearly weren't going to do anything extra to help. She finally reluctantly returned my money.

I'm infuriated with this band of misfits. Went here to get an oil change. The tech checked the radiator fluid but didn't put the cap back on tight. The engine overheated 300 miles down the road and I spent the night in Nebraska with an overheated engine. If you think to trust these yayas with your vehicle, ask yourself how you'll get to work if they screw up you car. I was penny wise and pound foolish to go here. ¡Ya no más!

They have bully boy named Lorenzo. His job is to intimidate customers. He scopes out people who he believes are bad people. He guards the self check out stand like a guard at a drug house. Maybe his second job. He likes to get in people's face and confront them. His managers approve and defend what he does.his strengths are disrespect and intimidation of his customers. We serve Lorenzo not the other way around. Ed approves of all of his acts , the store manager. Maybe what need to happen is Lorenzo and his managers need to learn what customer service is. On the other hand they have a perfect grasp on disrespect and pushing customers around not listening And having a good laugh over disrespecting their customers.
