These people don't want to waste their precious time talking to the insured's especially their own clients.  Its sad when your own agent states to you that she doesn't want to wast her time to re-quote the policy.  Since they already have the book of business, they don't want to be bothered with any questions.  Called supervisors in Denver and Chicago to complain and no return call.  Will take business elsewhere.  These people suck.
