I've been with  Eric Lusby State Farm for 16 years with home,  business auto and life insurance and they've been awesome the entire time. Anytime I have questions they are helpful and quick.  Eric personally says hello whether or not he's the one assisting me or not.   Have always been there for us when needed.

Raigan gave me a courtesy call today to review my current policy to insure all of my needs and potential needs are being met. It was wonderful to discuss my current policies and to be able to ask questions. I appreciate the feeling of being cared for and the wonderful customer service. I've been fortunate to not have to submit a claim (knock on wood) so I can't give a recommendation there, but I do trust the staff and their knowledge.

Super awesome agents! Coming from Texas where they have you in and out and don't care abiab you; to here where the agent is asking if she can offer a few things and explained everything in amazing detail. Super friendly

Great atmosphere of positive agents! Kathy took the time to explain the coverages. Great coverages on home policies that other insurance agents don't!

Very nice with young clients. Always welcoming once walking in as well as understanding. Works good with coverage and any changes needed to help fit the plan.
