Go on Fried Chicken Thursdays! Best fried chicken and mashed potatoes ever. I am not giving 5 stars because they food could have been served hotter, but it was still delicious. If you like pie, you will have a hard time selecting as there are so many choices.

This place is as close to traveling back in time as you can get. The foods great, the atmosphere, equally that of the 50s and 60s. and the personnel is as friendly and down home as I can remember way back when.

One of my favorite places in Middleton! The meatloaf was fabulous, and the pies are awesome. I've been back time and again and never been dissatisfied!

Very family friendly and tolerant of noisy kids. Tasty breakfast all day. I tried black bean burger and eggplant sandwich; both flavorful if not exceptional. Finish with a daily selection of locally made pies.

Truly awful. We ordered "meatloaf of the gods" with mashed potatoes and veggies, along with "mother hubbards chicken pot pie" with warm apple sauce. With complete honesty I can say the hottest thing served to our table was the warm side of apple sauce. I'm not sure if the recipes used for the meatloaf or the pot pie contained a single seasoning or even salt. Everything was bland and underwhelming. Also, we ordered pie expecting that at $5/slice the helping would be heaping- the pie itself was mediocre (we got two different slices) and it was also disappointing portions for the price! I want to warn people against going here, if I could give a rating of 0 stars- I would.
