Excellent home style cooking/diner menu. Reasonably priced, high quality food. This was my second visit and I'm still very impressed with what I've eaten and seen. Excellent wait staff. Atmosphere is busy, friendly with interesting decor. I think I love it! :-)

My one star rating is for my recent bad experiences at Hubbard's. Today, I had to send my burger back twice. The first time, the Swiss cheese was mostly off the burger, and I got mustard instead of mayo. The second time, the sauteed mushrooms were dumped on the bottom bun underneath the meat, without even bring drained, so the bottom bun was really soggy and falling apart, so I had to send it back AGAIN. My grandmother ordered chicken fried chicken and it was fried so much that it was really dry, so she had to send that back too. Even after our complaints, the waitresses just kept giving excuse after excuse. When you have that many issues, you should receive a discount or have a meal comped. This isn't the first time we've had to send things back, and most of the time, our server didn't even come back to check if things were good. We won't be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had called in an order, and I was told it was going to be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived at the diner and was told "it's almost ready", but after waiting for another 20 minutes, none of the staff went to check up on it upon asking me what I was waiting for. All they bothered to say was, "it's almost ready", again. Not only did they make me wait too long due to lack of customer attention. They also did not include everything that was shops see to be in my order, and was charged $17 for a chicken fried steak, hashbrowns, and three thin, small pancackes that were crumbling apart. The food was cold so I knew that it had been sitting there while I was waiting at the bar. Don't let other reviews fool you. I am never coming back to this unorganized diner again.

Waitress to interested in the young boys here age and not the paying customer that also tips her. My grand kid and i got more attention from a waitress that wasn't ours so she got the tip and a very good one I'll say. $20
