I had a great experience working with Hubbell Excavation to replace my septic system with a connection to the town sewer 200 feet above my house. Before I found Zach, three other contractors had given up on the project due to the challenges of the site and complexity of the installation. This was not an easy project. It required digging a 20 foot deep hole on a 30 degree incline inches away from my kitchen window; two feet of bedrock had to be removed from the bottom to install the pumping station. He dug a 5 foot deep trench over 400 feet from the pumping station to the sewer line high above at road level. The sewer connection itself required digging into paved shoulder of a state highway and repairing it to DOT specifications. Zach handled the permitting, excavation, external plumbing work, and final grading. Everything worked perfectly when it was turned on, and he left the worksite in great shape. Overall, I recommend Hubbell for their professionalism and the high quality of their work.
Zach is very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us with a project which could have taken us few days to finish.

We are extremely happy with the work Hubbell Excavating did! We had Zach come out and put drainage around the house, since we live in a hill and our whole yard was sopping wet. I could tell the difference a week after the drains were put in place. Then he came back to level all the areas that were dug up, and it looks AMAZING! Zach was super nice, informative, and reasonably priced. I will be using Hubbell Excavating again, and recommend for any digging projects.
Wow! These seriously hard working guys did an amazing job redoing the concrete surrounding our garage apron and fixing the drainage issue in our driveway. I wish I had “before pictures” to give a better sense of the project. It was significant. Hubble Construction is busy and there is a reason for that. The quality of their work and work ethic is outstanding. I don’t think they are sleeping this summer. Zach Hubble called us on a Mon at 4:30pm to let us know he’d be here to start working in 20min. He worked until the sun wouldn’t allow. He and his team worked 7 days per week. The Hubble team showed up at 7:30am on a Sat to get the work done. It was a bit of a wait to get started but we’d wait again in a heartbeat to have him do our next job. Zach is very knowledgeable. He and his team are conscientious and precise. We are thrilled with the work done and attention to detail!
