Though they may be 5 stars in the office it is a different story in the field.I worked with them at the new courthouse as a carpenter accepting a 2 week assignment from carpenters dispatch.Was told we get no breaks other than lunch that the Superintendent wouldn't have it Or be sent down the road.One newly arrived 30 yr. Employee shows up and informs me he hates the foreman in charge, All within 10 minutes of his arrival.The foreman was very rude and purposely unprofessional.I outworked every one on my crew daily for 10 days listening to Tons of backstabbing talk.Some just mosey around at 28.00 per hour informing me that,
I should slow down, job is 6 months behind any way they said.I worked hard to prove that 
I was a good hand despite all the slander, I was hearing. Then Monday morning first thing out of Johnny Appleseeds Mouth at toolbox.
Looked at me and said- " Get your Ass up
On the fifth floor and strip that bulkhead."
Again very rude and totally unprofessional.
That is not what the Carpenters Local 106 is to reflect from our local hall. Minnesota Regional Council expects Carpenters to be Professional at all times especially since we are supposed to be a brotherhood. Well, I walked off the job no man in the hall has a right to Talk disrespectful to another man.Yes the Office itself is 5 stars,for sure in the field a whole different story.  My Suggestion is supervisory training for 1st. Time foreman to ensure they have Communication skills along with appropriate social skills. A big disappointing experience in my 20 yrs.
