This office including the testing office they are both very clean and orderly. And considering the lines of people that come in to this station they go through the people relatively quickly. When they are calling people by number, they have seating  for people to wait , so they are very accommodating  to the public. So there's no  standing  for ridiculous time. I'm very surprised that this is not rated higher because everybody comes to this office because they know it's the best one.

I needed to renew my registration. I was told by a coworker they were open until 6pm on Wednesdays but still wanted to leave a bit early to get there. I left work at 4:45, called to confirm times only to be told they closed at 5.

The worker checked other bmv locations and unfortunately they also closed at 5. He encouraged me to come anyway, and I arrived at 5:05. They had the door open and continued to serve customers a few minutes past. It was so appreciated and they took care of me quickly and efficiently. 

I also overheard them helping other people and they were very calm and understanding. Great customer service.

One of the workers (luckly im kind enough to not include names) there I went to was just rushing and did not explain anything to me. I kept asking question as in what she was doing and what are am I paying for or differences in prices and you could tell she did not want to take time out in explaining things in detail. I am out of state and procedures are different. She didn't inform me that my plates that I purchased wasn't even for a whole year. I later look at my paperwork and things are typed in wrong, so now I have to go back. She did not have me proof read everything to make sure it was correct. Very poor customer service. Previously I spoke to someone else and asked a question and she seemed like she was irritated too. Not a great place to go if you want detailed information or good customer service.

I was there a couple months ago. The Experience was the Same as It Ever Was; Great... Considering the amt. Of ppl but The tellers were as Quick as possible & No, I didn't have a loooooog Wait... I practically was in & out... & It has Always been the same & I have been going there ... Well, 43 yrs.. U DO the Math 😋

Trying to get license changed from Kentucky to Ohio and have spent three different trips going there and still have no license. Have been told every time that they Need another type of verification of who I am. How many types of ID do you need.  Born on military base  had to file for a new birth certificate wouldn't except the only one I had my whole life  This is a joke the hoops you have to jump they for this. Every upset.
