Stopped in at the United States Post Office in Huber Heights because using the UPS store's they charge you a surcharge up to $8 for mailing u.s. postal flat rate boxes. That is ridiculous but UPS Store needs to make money off the US Postal Service to. Best time to come here is midday it's totally empty in there and the staff is very friendly. They also have self-service so you can do your flat rate boxes are other mailing needs without having to wait in line. Check out the pictures.

This post office is ridiculous and I plan to file a formal complaint. Since we moved to Huber we have had nothing but issues with our mail, we've been through at least 4 mail carriers in 6 months so they never get used to a route. The office itself is constantly understaffed, often having a line of 5+ people waiting. We frequently have mail scheduled to be delivered that doesn't come, and when I go in and wait through their lines they just get an attitude, throw their hands up and have no solutions. The employees are unhelpful, frustrated, and often rude. I would just like my mail to be delivered when it is supposed to be delivered. That's it. This place needs to major help.

I'm told I need more tape on a box I was shipping that I pre paid. It then went over 1 oz and they wanted to charge me an extra 5 dollars. Lady was seriously incompetent.

When calling the post office #, there is always over an hour wait. This is ridiculous.

I use the automated terminal to get stamps to mail letters. Its much better then standing in line.
