The bad experience everyone had talking about just happened to me last night, on the 15th of September, 2017. It's a sad experience. I didn't know bus was canceled and my departure was supposed to be 11:45pm. I waited until 2:30am on Saturday 16th of September 2017 before I finally called the customer care. Now, I am hoping I won't get screwed the next day. Because I don't care about refund, I just want to go where I'm going. I hope they don't get to cancel it this time around. I will never recommend Greyhound to anyone. My first experience with them was a total mess.

If you love blind adventures ride Greyhound... Else, it'll be your worst nightmare ever. Sometimes you have to wait for over two hours and some times you'll miss the bus even if you are on time. And they keep changing bus stop like they are playing hide and seek with us. Their automated telephone system, my gosh!! You have to literally listen to the instructions for over five minutes to choose right state and the right city. You might have higher chances of winning Powerball than getting any help. Once was enough for me, my friends didn't listen to me and they regretted later. My suggestion to you... avoid it like a plague!!

Absolute horror, waiting for the bus to pick me up from the middle of sketchsville, scheduled boarding time was 10:55pm and I'm still sitting here in an empty gas station all by myself at midnight but still no bus. The tracker does no good, it just keeps extending the status time by 2 minutes everytime I look. So my bus that was suppose do to arrive at (plus/minus) 11pm is now arriving at 12:06am. Nobody's even picking up over at customer service either. Honestly, this service doesn't even deserve a star. - UPDATE: THEY MOVED THEIR STUPID PICK UP LOCATION AGAIN. ITS OVER BY HUCKS IN KINGSHIGHWAY, I MISSED MY FLIGHT BECAUSE OF THESE GUYS. IM READY TO SUE THEM.

The local bus station has moved to the Bi-State Southern convenience store at 612 S Sprigg (Sprigg and hwy 74). The info (address, phone) has not been corrected as of yet, which is not surprising considering Greyhound's lack of attention to customer service.

Horrible service, bus didn't pick me up and was left standing on the street corner in the middle of the night. Bus was supposed pick me up at 11pm, I arrived to the bus stop more than an hour before the scheduled boarding time lIke requested on the boarding ticket. While waiting at the bus stop I checked the tracking information of the bus and saw a scheduled delay of over an hour making it at least midnight before I would have been picked up. While standing waiting for the bus I pulled up live tracking information and watched on the tracking info as the bus continued on highway 55 without making a stop in Cape girardeau.
