Love the Bay but I called to ask about their lost and found and there is no customer service option on the automated system. I started to push any number just to speak to someone and not one phone was answered. Poor customer service.

Good thing the service is good. 5 star service, 1 star items for the price. I can't believe we still spend so much money on items purchased in other countries.

The sales associates are great at this location, especially in the gift registry department. Christina and Sara have been most helpful and continue to be available to assist and answer any of my question. The gentleman in the luggage department is also extremely knowledgable and remembers me every time I come in! I feel very welcomed and no one is pushy.

Underwhelming at best. Having spent a lot of time at some excellent Bay stores at Bayshore and Rideau Centre, I guess I have certain expectations when entering the Bay. 

Usually, Bay stores are well-maintained and product is displayed attractively on the shelves. 

Not here.

This store seems to be understaffed as I bought both a suit jacket and (on a separate occasion) some suit pants. Neither time did anyone even ask if I needed help. I had to ask to locate the change rooms - which were filthy.

When ready to buy, I asked the salesman behind the counter to apply my HBC points to my purchase. He said it was his second day and didn't know how. The next customer in line asked to do the VERY SAME THING!

He went off looking for some help but couldn't find anyone.

 I was left to wander the store looking for someone to buy my pants from.

I like Hudson's Bay in general but the sales associates at this location are too pushy. They follow you around and bring you their unsolicited suggestions which is very annoying. I feel very "hunted" here. It should be if I want their help I'll just go and ask them, but they kind of swarm and force it on you. I get that they are just trying to make some commission but they make it so obvious, especially when they push products from a specific brand that you weren't even interested in.

This is in reference to the associates at the makeup and fragrance counters.

How many times do you have to offer me something I don't want before I start losing my temper? Okay, you helped me find a blush. Does that mean you have to breathe down my neck until my shopping experience is over? Go away! It's so intimidating!!
