If you are looking for help on anything, then you are out of luck.  The staff actually runs and hides if you make eye contact.  But wait, there is a silver lining.  If you want a store credit card you are in business!  They are so willing to help you that they will actually stalk you down the aisles and hunt you down like the pathetic sucker that they think you are.  We have options people.  There are actually stores out there like princess auto or Home Depot with staff who actually genuinely care about their jobs and you as a customer.  Give them a try.  It will be an overwhelming breath of fresh air.

Please be cautious taking your car here after a breakdown. I had a breakdown in August of 2017 and it broke down shortly after they “repaired” it. It took me 5 months and I was finally able to get my loss back from Canadian Tire head office (increased my rating from 1/5 to 3/5 stars). This shop is probably fine for regular maintenance but do not take it here if you have a complex issue or a vehicle breakdown.
