Assistant store manager didn’t order all the correct pieces to our $3,000 bedroom set delaying our special order by 1-2 weeks. After that they messed up our delivery. Store manager didn’t want to do much to help us and gave us the classic run-around avoiding the problem and doing the bare minimum to fix the issue. We had to call around for an hour to find where their regional manager works. For anyone else having problems with this Ormond branch call Kevin Brown the regional manager for the outlets at the Sanford location because that’s the only way things may get taken care of. We are EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with our entire experience with Hudson’s from the high pressure sales tactics, lack of customer service, and unwillingness to correct their own mistakes. We will NEVER purchase another piece of furniture from this location let alone the manufacturer again. After reading other reviews we are now dreading the thought of having more problems. We shouldn’t have to stress about whether or not Hudson’s will get things right. If we had problems with ordering our bedroom set and problems with scheduling delivery we should expect to see more problems once things start to arrive.

Per Hudson’s request to update our review after we received our furniture:

We received our bedroom set today. We got the wrong size bed slats, we are missing hardware for our dresser, and the movers scratched our hardwood floors in 3 places.

I had the BEST customer experience at Hudson's Outlet with my sales associate Jose and his manager Eric.  They made me valued and appreciated.  Every step of the way I felt like I received 5 star service.  So excited to get my new loveseat recliner tomorrow. :)

This is an all around great store! From the furniture all the way up the line. The designer, Karin, is fantastic to work with and the management staff is great. They went above and beyond to make our move to Florida a smooth one. They are very professional and want to make sure everything is 'just right'. If I wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied, they weren't either and did whatever had to be done to please. Even the delivery staff is friendly and easy to work with. Chris made many deliveries to our home and was always nice and very professional! I recommend this store to everyone!

I  visited several furniture stores the Daytona Beach area today. When I walked into the Hudson furniture outlet store I was greeted  immediately by Jose Gonzalez. He was extremely friendly helpful and listen to what I had to say ,helped me find the furniture I was looking for. His manager Erik Smallwood help me finalize my order and it gave me an excellent discount. I was extremely pleased with the service I received today and would recommend the store.

Casper and Nate were fantastic!  Design consult gave us many ideas and broadened my understanding of sight lines in a room.  They took a lot of time with us to get us what we wanted.  Can't wait to get our custom furniture.  Great job Casper and Nate!
