Nice store and decent staff. Had to return our Lazy Boy recliner as the cloth was not up to the quality of the one in the showroom. Overall a little on the pricey side for what they offer.

I took my mother shopping for new furniture. We were greeted by Darren Oliver. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping her look for what she was interested in buying. After she viewed what Darren showed her,  she decided on the couch and love seat she wanted. Darren explained all about the furniture showing us all the details and how everything worked with the reclining and other details. Our experience was very satisfying and our visit was exceptional thanks to Darren. Phyllis Weeks and June.

Shopped for a new Lazy Boy recliner for my 87 year old aunt. I got the feeling from the sales lady initially that we were not the "spending kind"... Her attitude was cold. After about an hour, my aunt finally settled on a $1300 chair, for which her son paid, no financing. Sorry we didn't spend the "big bucks" that day. I, for one, will shop elsewhere in the future. Showroom was lovely, by the way.

Very nice store. Kalin was our first stop of many on a day dedicated to locating and purchasing a La-Z-Boy recliner. On entering what appeared to be a very well stocked store, we were greeted by Eileen. She was very pleasant but not pushy. Asking if we had a particular piece of furniture in mind, she led us directly to an abundant supply of recliners in all styles, upholstery and price points. It was an easy choice for us as we found our La-Z-Boy right away. Deal done and done. A quick trip to the warehouse and we were home with our new chair lickety split. We saved enough money to have a delicious lunch to boot. Hope your experience at Kalin’s goes as well.
