I just moved to Hoboken across the street from this garage, and I didn't prepare for how confusing and generally awful parking is in this city. Out of desperation, the Friday night I arrived to town, I parked in this garage. I agree with the other reviewer about the parking spots being marked with kind of cryptic signs that don't really tell you what's reserved for who or what. However, I got some info online that they do long-term parking permits, so I thought it'd be safe to get just a month pass until I could get a resident parking permit from the city. The cost was $300/mo for a reserved spot all my own, and there is a 24-hour office on-site with guys there to answer your phone calls and where I could sign up for this permit at 11pm on a Friday night. The price is a little steep, but the price of not having a residential permit in this town is wayyy worse.

This place is a rip off. Don't ever park here. They charged me forty two dollars for four hours. Also while I was there a couple had gotten a boot put on their car. there is no signage that really told you where reserved parking was so you can't really figure out where to park. Avoid this place at all cost. if you're trying to find parking There are other lots in town with much better pricing.

BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING DISPLAYED AVOID THIS LOT. WAS POSTED AS 15 FOR THREE HOURS WAS THERE FOR 2 AND CHARGED $25
