The service here it's awful! You wait for hours. They go to lunch leave you sitting in the waiting room. I can't believe the service. Last time I was here I was here with my daughter her appointment was at 12 & she wasn't seen until 2pm. I didn't know who her doctor was at the time but when she came back from lunch & they called my daughter I realized that was her doctor. Then she had the nerve to tell me that they work through lunch! She told me if I needed to complain to call main office not to speak to office manager. I'm also a patient & am nade to wait hours! People are making appointments before or during work hours we shouldn't have to wait hours to been seen! They shouldn't be making appointments every 15 minutes or at the same time for patients knowing it could take longer than 15 minutes! They need to alot different times depending on the sessions! Everytime I come I hear people complaining about the wait. It's really sad especially knowing the situation of some. I haven't even touched on billing. Never received a bill then I would come to office & then someone from billing would come pull me into kitchen to discuss my bill! How would I know what I owe unless I get a bill! There response we're backed up! Not my problem! Really need to get better service here. The girls in the back where you get infusions amazing! That's the only positive thing I would say.
