The Hudson Valley Sinus Center was founded by Dr. Ran Y. Rubinstein, one of the top specialists in facial surgery and ENTs in the region. Through his career practicing as an ENT sinus specialist and facial plastic surgeon in New York for over fifteen years, Dr. Rubinstein has become convinced of the area’s need for a specialized center to provide both reliable information on sinus conditions and top medical care. His dual board certifications from the American Board of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Board of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery make him highly qualified to offer the region’s highest standards in sinus care. With more than a decade of training in facial surgery and otolaryngology as well as lengthy experience teaching at the prestigious New York Presbyterian Hospital at Columbia University in the department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Rubinstein has become recognized for his expertise in reconstructive facial surgery and functional sinus care as well as facial plastic surgery.
