DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR! With two major tragedies in my life, one was when our home caught on fire and suffered major smoke damage. The second was hiring this contractor to rebuild it. They have big promises with very poor results. Paul is almost always missing or on vacation and sends Dean to check in on things. Dean will tell you one thing and then straight up lie to you and what was said a month later. Neither one will ever tell you a budget, what you can and cant do. They send you to Menards to pick out your items, collect the 11% rebate, wont credit you any extras or how you went with a lower grade cabinet or flooring to go for a hire grade tile. They will NEVER check on the subs and will keep you in the dark until they drop off the final bill with extras and double charges. I have no Idea how these scam artists are not behind bars or still in business but they are. I have plenty of paper work and pictures to back up all of my statements. Once again DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS! if you have, hire a layer now..
