Kosher and vegan, got the falafel pita with salted French fries. Probably would've gotten some sort of hummus and pita bread dip if I had come with friends because they looked so good. Hummus Inc is in the food court in the mall and DEFINITELY WORTH GOING TO! WE LOVED our food. Falafel burger was great. Portions were large. Even the French fries were not soggy, but crispy! 10/10!!

Best Falafel.. hummus in town .. Try eggplant .. humus and few vegetables with pita bread  $15 lunch totally worth it. Just wow ! Mouth watering food .. heaven for Vegan .. vegetarian The place could be hard to find It’s directly below target in the food court

Im there with my friends at least twice a week, the falafel and the Shakshuka is absolutely delicious and the portions are fair for the price. if you're vegetarian or vegan you'd def enjoy the quality and preparation of veggies here Also the owner is friendly and welcoming, great service.

I got a standard falafel wrap, and it didn’t impress when compared with others I’ve gotten in NYC. The size was average and the ingredients weren’t well incorporated within the sandwich. There were several bites of just cabbage salad towards the end with no sauce or other flavors. I’d look for other vegan options in the market or try another option on Hummus Inc's menu. The Asian spots probably have a vegan option in their menus. I’d personally just look at options outside of the market if I could do things differently. You may wind up looking around the market trying to pick out the one or two items that could be made vegan at each place.

Shakshuka was delicious! The owner / cook / salesperson is amazing! And the pricing is very reasonable. Definitely the best kosher place in the area.

I got the wild mushroom garlic confit hummus. Comes with pita and pickles. It was the creamiest, most delicious hummus. A giant meal in itself! Would absolutely return to try the other hummus bowls

Sooooo...you never know with hummus and falafel, and this time it was a miss. The falafel was flavorful but not like falafel–just well seasoned. I'm really disappointed in the hummus. It was way to thick and not enough lemon. The Zhoug could have been better. I wish I could give a better review.

Perfect hummus, falafel with a wonderful taste my son said it's tastier than Israel, great shakshuka, spicy and rich  Thank you very much
