Here's what the owner wrote after a unsuccessful dining experience at her establishment... First of all, our establishment is not dirty and I take offense at your rude comment. Secondly, our rice- like everything else we prepare is made from scratch- no boil in a bag. Everything I prepare is made fresh and if you had a problem with the amount of asparagus you received, or the texture of my broccoli- maybe Taco Bell or Burger King would be more suitable to your taste.. We work hard at Humphrey's, to bring honest and good food to the table. It's people like you that cannot appreciate the effort we put into our restaurant - we respectfully ask not to come back.

Ordered gourmet take out to my hotel last night. We waited 45 minutes which was not bad. Unfortunately the food arrived to the front desk, and was missing an entree. The burger and fries were flavorless and not hot. Our buffalo chicken dip was good. I got a side of mashed potatoes with my meal that came even though my food didn't. They were not hot, warm at best, and had, LITERALLY, half a potato unmashed in them. I guess this may be proof that they aren't bagged but.... really? We called about my missing entree and were told they would make sure we got it, okay great thanks. We had to wait long for that so I made our appetizer my meal, along with my not hot, semi mashed potatoes. You would think perhaps the restaurant would have refunded us for the price of my meal, but I guess they aren't into that whole "we made an error, we should pay for it" thing. My meal finally arrived and was burnt on top and dry. It made an alright leftovers meal today. I don't think we will order from here again.

The chefs at humphreys should take note and become familiar with salt and pepper. Every meal my party ordered had no flavor what so ever. As for the baked Mac and cheese, not a fan nor should Mac and cheese be made with ziti. Also do yourself a favor and stop making those potato wedges / steak fries. They’re gross and do not present well.
