Excellent food. Very nice atmosphere. I was glad the server suggested that I asked for my Szechuan beef to be extra spicy; I finally found a restaurant that knows how to give it a real kick!

Place looked alright at first, but the service was very disappointing. I ordered Cabernet wine and instead was brought Chardonnay. I asked them to take it back and get what I wanted and didn't touch the wine. Ten minutes later, I finally get Cabernet and she took the other one away. My girlfriend and I waited for 45+ mins for rubbery, cold duck, and frozen deep-fried white fish. When my girlfriend requested some kind of discount for her beef jerky textured duck, the manager acted like she was lying and was getting really blunt and rude. She took a whopping 10% off and continued to act like she was lying and told her that was how that kind of duck was served. So if you like barely warm, rubbery duck and frozen food, come here. This chick ruined our whole night and made us very mad. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK

Good food but I like Spicey and ask for extra spicey it was not even a little hot I was disappointed twice so I don't know how I can get them to understand I'm not white I'm many different things I want it hot but it's still good

My family and I have always eaten at Hunans and been very happy with the quality. Tonight I was treated the worst with the manager of Hunans and asked to speak to the owner...I obviously did not make the cut for the owner to even call back. I have never had a manager scream and not let you have a voice as a customer....so Hunans I will take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know to do the same
