We're focused on providing our customers with only the freshest Asian cuisine: all of our fish is delivered daily, and all of our sauces are made fresh, using our own recipes.
Our master sushi chef, from Samurai Japanese Restaurant in Gulfport MS, has more than 10 years experience preparing fish. We feature an amazing array of innovative sushi, sashimi and unique rolls guaranteed to satisfy the sushi connoisseur.
Our head chef has over 25 years experience, running some of the finest restaurants in Asia (including the five-star Hyatt Hotel Restaurant in Hong Kong) as well as restaurants in Connecticut and New York.
We love to use the freshest produce and use herbs and spices from around the world. The end result is a lighter, more flavorful and colorful version of classic Chinese and Japanese dishes.
