An absolute horrible experience 18 minutes to get a burrito supreme and a Frito burrito with having one person ahead of me in line. They had no toilet paper at all in the restroom for you to use, they were having some type of a a chicken issue that the employees were not able to get it to be anything other than cold the two male employees that were supposed to be making the food had no idea how to assemble the different menu items it was absolutely disastrous. I will never ever go to this Taco Bell again and I'm going to put it out in my newsletter for my neighborhood/subdivision... after waiting 18 minutes for the burrito supreme I ordered with no tomato that it states it on my receipt it does indeed have tomato on it... way to go you have officially failed kindergarten!!!

They weren't busy (mid afternoon) but they took forever to make my food. Of course it was made wrong. Then when I complained, the manager got rude with me. I'll never come back to this location

Extremely slow. Took half an hour to get my food from the drive thru. This used to be the best taco bell in the area. But since they have remodeled it hasn't lived up to what it was.

Im sorry but this "new taco bell" you people just built is failing fast with your current staff. The restaurant was filthy and the cashier was kicking cups around behind the counter while the manager took drive thru orders and made food at the same time. My potato burrito the last three times I've gone there has had rock hard potatoes that sat for hours no doubt..The female watching the manager make food right nextto him was complaining my order was too big...it was $13 bucks total...i hatecto say it but THIS is one taco bell that will benefit from the robot takeover is all I gotta say.

New building new crew. Not impressed. Cashier was clueless andi don't rhink it's because she's new. Has been open a few weeks. Used to go here often but now will go to the one on Ann Arbor rd. Mgr. Practically tossed my beg of food at me on the counter and several who ordered After me got theirs ahead of me.
