Ordered pizza. Went to pick it up and the staff were talking very loud and using the "f***" word as if there were no customers. Got the pizza home and THE PIZZA WAS THE WORSE we EVER HAD. Never had we have a terrible pizza. But this was bad. Not only was it bad but there was some things that couldn't be identified as food on our pizza. My mom couldn't even finish her piece. She threw it away! I would like some contact and some kind of reimbursement made to us!.

The reason the staff is so obnoxious is because the manager is too. 
I came in to place an order as no one answers the phone and it's not hard to figure out why; everyone is more focused on goofing off than doing their work. The staff is loud and very inappropriate with the way they joke around. Customers shouldn't be able to hear crude humor and profanity coming from the staff. I attempted to complain to the manager only to find that the loudest one of the bunch was in fact the manager. 
The food isn't even all that great. I ordered a pizza with ham and pineapple, making sure not to say Hawaiian as people tend to add bacon to a Hawaiian and there was still bacon added. And I was charged for it! The breadsticks were dry on one half, as if they forgot to butter and cheese the rest of it. Distracted?
