Why has your food quality gone down the toilet?? When I pay $40 for some pizza, I expect it to be fresh, not taste like it has been reheated. Or slopped together. I can go get a $5 pizza that tastes better than the garbage I just paid for. Won't be back!!

The South Lyon Jets pizza has terrible customer service. Workers and management alike. We ordered over 40$ worth of food. After waiting an hour- we called to find how much longer because we had a diabetic in our group that needed to take an insulin shot a certain amount of time before she ate. They were rude on the phone and said their driver got a flat tire. Stuff happens. Then they said they didn't know how long it would take. So, went to the store, they were rude at the store. Then they said they wouldn't charge us, because at this point it was an hour and a half before we got our food. The manager lied. I looked at my account the next day- and they did charge us. I understand a bad day at the office, but don't say your not going to charge us- and do the opposite. Never going to that jets again. But- I love Jets pizza and the one in Brighton is awesome.

I'd give them zero stars. We placed our order online and sent our son to pick up the order. When he got there, they said the order was voided (after we had already received an email confirmation). They then called us and said that they were out of sausage and cheese. Poorly handled and pretty sad when a pizza store runs out of cheese.

The pizza here is what you'd get from any Jets which is petty great and if they actually get your order right, and the food is actually hot, it's even better. Unfortunately that only happens at the New Hudson location.
South Lyon needs new management and new general staff. 
They also need to streamline their in-store processes as the space is too small for how many people they attempt to serve at one time.

They used to sell pizza dough on the side and I thought that was pretty convenient if you wanted non-frozen raw dough to make pizza with your family or something. The girl at the counter said they did but she didn't know how to ring it up so she got help. I waited a few minutes. The guy she got said the same thing and they needed to get a manager. The manager came out and was pretty rude; suffice it to say, they don't sell dough anymore. He basically told me he couldn't let me walk away with raw dough and they couldn't sell it to me.  I guess next time I should just order a large raw pizza with no toppings... I'll just go to Alekos from now on, their service is better anyway in my experience.
