I visited on a Saturday and it was late and it was busy. We shared a seafood platter and it was a mix of quality. The shrimp and oysters were over-cooked. The scallops were done to perfection and the deviled crab just sucked. You can't get good crab meat in a restaurant anywhere but Panacea and Sopchoppy, at least around here. In a positive note, I had their seafood gumbo as a side order. It was wonderful!
The lady at the checkout asked me how I enjoyed my meal, and I told her what I thought. She was very negative. I now know why I don't patronize this place on a regular basis.

Loved this place! We were on a 10 hour break at the truck stop across the street and decided to come here for lunch. Food was terrific. Clams were large and tender and food fresh and flavorful. Loved seeing the locals there and the support of their college football teams (I'm an Idahoan married to an Alabama FAN). Enjoyed it so much we returned for dinner. Oysters served on the half-shell were out of this world and scallops/shrimp were perfect. We can't wait to return again!

1st time at Hunt's.
Excellent food... We loved it.
Excellent service with Danye... She gave us wonderful food & drink recommendations.
We'll definitely return!

I had dinner tonight at Hunts Seafood.. Besides the long wait as normal. We were told the table was ready.. Greeted very nice and place our order.. Here where it went down hill. As I noticed there were prices on the menus.. We ordered 2 Grupper and Shrimp plates. And one tenders with a half order shrimp. And we got the ticket the bill was $87.00. For what we got I think was worth far less

My husband and I were there last night. I had the grilled shrimp with baked potato, hush puppies and salad bar. My husband had raw  oysters on the half shell. Food, service and price was wonderful! Best seafood around... We make an hour drive to eat at Hunt's! Well worth it!
