I miss my favorite Huntington Administrative/Clerical at my bank, but have never had a problem with anyone in there.  Huntington gives us 24 hour grace overdraft fee waiver that I have NEVER had from another bank.  I will never change my bank from another company!

HUNTINGTON IS THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER USED !!! THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, EVEN IF YOU CALL THE 1800 NUMBER THEY ARE RUDE, I WILL BE COMING TO THIS BRANCH TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE HELPFUL AS I END MY MISERY WITH THEIR COMPANY

I have been an account holder at first merit for 10 years now and they have never made a banking error and have always been friendly. I would recommended everybody bank with first merit!

Moved to Ohio and had to switch banks. Worst banking experience ive ever had!! I let the first few issues go, but can't keep doing it. Switching banks. Horrible customer service.
