They charged me a $5 dormant account fee for not using the money in my Savings that they were making money off of. Then when I went to close my savings account all they did was withdraw money from my checking's to give to me when they "closed" it. Bank elsewhere. LMCU has far better interest rates on savings options.

Horrible location with staff that don't work with loyal customers. They enforce fees and choose when to use there "24 hour grace" whenever they want to. 

Bank somewhere else.
