Always happy with the service! Everyone is courteous and helpful. My financial advisor always makes a point of saying hi if she sees me and making appointments to see her or any of their other advisors is always very easy. It's a pleasure to bank with them.

Very poor customer service, i have been doing business with Upper James/Rymal for over 7 years now without complaint, always going above and beyond to make sure the job gets done. Moved to Caledonia 6 months ago and nothing but problems with this branch. Now i will drive 15 min just to do my banking at Upper James. Sometimes it's about the effort! Will not go back and plan to move my products elsewhere, maybe BMO or Cibc. 8 year relationship finished in 6 months.
