The ATM was out of money and when I went inside 6 employees were servicing 3 customers. It took forever.

I waited in line 10 minutes as an employee staired at the wall then finally noticed i was waiting. The second experience a woman tried to complain about the wait to the manager and he didnt let her finish her statement he just walked away saying sorry, walked into his office and shut the door

The staff are always very friendly and eager to help, and don't hesitate to take plenty of time to resolve your queries. Visit in person and you'll get the best experience.

Website is not reliable. The website did not update my current and available balance correctly. I have told the manager about the glitch in the website and she blames it on me. Although they did take one draft off. I still was charged $40.

Most of the staff is pretty clueless about how to take care of customers. I called to ask a simple question and it took 20 minutes to answer. Found out it was the wrong answer even. Male on phone didn't know that a deposit is always the first transaction of a day, I had to tell him. Got an overdraft notice when my account was never overdrawn.
