I've always loved The Exchange, some prices could be better but that's just how it works at any business. Always very helpful staff, and I love the retro selection. 6 stars if I could I've always loved the exchange.

Ever since moving to Cuyahoga Falls I've been using this Exchange for my movies, music, and collectible needs and while I've never in the past felt compelled to leave a review I did from last nights purchase. Right now they have a deal going on where you can buy 3 pre-owned items and get the 4th free if you're a member of their rewards program. Everyone was great as my girlfriend and I picked out 12 preowned items from their cases and tops of their shelves but it was Jordan behind the counter who was awesome. He more than willingly went the extra mile to determine which items we'd get for free and also did a price comparison if we were to instead use my girlfriend's birthday discount. It was greatly appreciated and I will definitely continue to use this store for as long as I live in the area.

Place is a rip off. help is terrible. They laugh at you on the phone for asking questions like your dumb. The lame that's been running this place needs fired ASAP.

I called them because i was curious how much a used copy of final fantasy x/x2 hd would cost me for the ps4 which i can google and find it for about 10-20$ used they tell me 50$ good thing i didnt do that because best buy withing walking distance gave me a BRAND NEW copy for used price of 15$ 

I used to go when it was just called the game exchange. Should be called the hustle or something. Very sad.
