I've been banking with the Edgewood branch for a couple of years now.  Wonderful, helpful staff that has met all my needs and have made no mistakes.  No hidden banking or savings fees.

Ooohhhh, let's just say it's 4:45pm, I rushed over to the bank to withdraw cash and deposit checks. Tank on E, been at the drive thru about 10 mins waiting for them to greet be and open their damn capsule and give me my money, have to make it across the street for gas and to the kids by 5:30pm. It's safe to say I won't make it to the gas station, across the street, before 5. No doubt.

Worst one around. They don't check ID's. They give incorrect information. There's always a line even if there's more tellers than customers. Go to the one on Buttermilk to get real service.
