BEST BANK I EVER USED.  I can walk into 1 of 3 Northern Kentucky locations and someone greets me by name.  

Don't listen to these negative reviews...I was shocked to seem them!  My guess is they are unreasonable people and probably don't have any money to deposit into the bank any way!  That is why they are really upset...

The rewards from my Freedom card and INK card pay for a vacation every single year and I also have left over points to purchase gift cards for my customers.  

They also often have incentives to open new accounts with them.  Just opened a new business bank account and credit card and received $500 in bonus money for meeting the criteria.  

I have been with a bunch of banks over the years and Chase is by far the best experience I have ever had.

Try to open an account with chase and the banker was super Rude he did not even want to explain to me the different options i ask him how was his day and his responce was Why? Lol they are so rude so i walk out and went to bb&t and got me an account with them they were very friendly i will not recoment chase bank to nobody..rude people working there.

Poor customer service. They opened my savings and checking accounts as separate files instead of just putting both accounts under my name. Did not input correct address for my checking account visa card although I provided the UPS card with printed address on it. Still waiting on the card! I recommend Chase office on Burlington Pike (next to central Boone library).
