This is my regular bank. The staff have always been friendly and helpful.

I drove over 20 minutes to this location because it was supposed to be open until 8:00 p.m. The door said it closed at 5:00.

Until today I've had great service. On 8/7/2016 I was asked if I had ever used this branch before. Upon telling the teller yes he said "Well next time remove your hat and glasses the cameras don't like it..." I will never step foot in this branch again. Sadly the new management in Powell and Lewis Center is despicable, from pushy branch managers to one that hides in her corner office listening to conversations at the counter. I will not let someone who disrespects how I'm dressed handle my money. He also failed to ask how I wanted my bills back and gave me three 100's, absolutely done.

Friendly and quick service. The teller even looked up an answer to my question to make sure she had the right information. Great experience for doing something so simple as depositing a check.
