I left a bag on the train with Dior make up products that I had just purchased. I didn't even realize it until I got a phone call from the Sephora store, where the purchase was made, telling me that an LIRR employee,Barbara, found my bag with the receipt inside which had my name on it, and gave them a call. The next day at Huntington train station I met up with Barbara , the cutest LIRR employee, and she returned my bag back to me! Thank you again!

Connections from here headed east RARELY depart on time. Once you've gotten here, MTA employees stop caring because there are no other trains depending on them to be good at their jobs.

It's the end of October and the elevators are still not working. What a waste of taxpayers money!

Fantastic customer service from the LIRR team, including Nick at Jamaica station and a very kind woman at Huntington. My girlfriend left her bag with her passport on a train and they were able to collect it at the Huntington stop and hand deliver it to us after we chased it down on another train. Overall amazing service during peak hours, even. Thanks a lot.

Transfer spot if you are going/coming from any stops further east. The station is very nice and there are lots of activities to do in the area.
