After getting a email today February 1 for a survey to fill out about my service that I had on January 30 of 2018 considering I did not have service on January 30 I was going to keep my opinions to myself of how I felt about their service but since they want to ask about it here it goes. My service was on November 9 2017 you had my car until January 9 2018 this was its sixth time there since August 2017 trying to fix the same issue having my car for two months straight and still not fixing the issue is ridiculous. Not only that but over 500 miles was put on my car I get that you have to test drive them after the issue is supposedly fixed but when it's stated to me that they drove it back and forth from work to home for a week or so that's just a little much. Not only that but it was left with grease in the seats and floor so you might want to have your employees use plastic for seats and paper floor mats to protect your customers cars. I know I would appreciate it. They could of at least offered to clean it after I told them. Even when picking my car up they didn't even give me paper work stated what had be fixed. WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD! I even left messages with the GENERAL MANAGER who never returned my calls! Thanks to C&O my car was fixed in one day did I mention their was a bulletin put out for the issue back in April 2016 and still you guys couldn't fix the issue after 5 months and C&O did in one day. I have all kinds of new parts on my car from Hurricane Chevrolet but nothing that my car needed. I could go on and over the past 5 months that you guys tried to fix my car. It would of just been nice for you to of returned my call and made things right.

They replaced my transmission because it was under warranty and it works. Awesome. But while my car was with them for a week a crack in my coolant reservoir appeared and they did not feel the need to tell me until the day before I was due to pick the car up from getting a new transmission they then told me that I was entirely out of coolant and my car was too dangerous to drive and I had to get a new Reservoir. I would like someone to tell me how I had this car almost 2 years had it worked on and serviced before and in fact took it to another auto shop 24 hours before I dropped it off at Chevrolet and not one person mentioned an issue with my coolant reservoir and my car didn't just explode from not having any coolant. I refuse to believe that it was not accidentally cracked during the process of putting in my transmission and when they said they would fix it without charging me labor they said the part was going to be $219 is the next morning my boyfriend called the dealership and they said they had it for $80 and when I showed up to purchase it not even 24 hours after being told the part would be $219 I bought it from their part department for $49 I think they tried to rip me off and I think they messed up my car and I will not go back to them if I have any other options of a dealership in the area.

I am in LOVE with my new Equinox. I cannot thank Scott enough for all of his hard work getting me my dream car! I highly recommend this dealership for your vehicle needs. So easy and amazing to work with.

This is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. Their sales staff and service center staff have always made it as difficult of a process to fix simple issues and answer simple questions. They try their hardest to create a sense of urgency of any minute issue in efforts to get you to pay an inflated rate to get it fixed. I would recommend seeking another dealership, especially if it is for service reasons. If you must go to this dealership, second guess everything, and take their word for nothing.
