Give the experience a 10/10--Could not be more satisfied!!  Chris the sales manager and John the salesman were honest and knowledgeable.  Made buying a car pleasurable.  I will go back when the time comes to give those guys the 1st opportunity to sell me a car again.  Recommend those two to anyone and everyone.  Also appreciated the updates they use with the technology that cuts done the time signing all the paperwork.  Cliff was great at explaining it all.  This is the way it's supposed to be done.

TJ, the salesman was the best! He was very honest and up front with us. He made us very comfortable and answered all our questions. The sale transaction was very smooth. We got a great trade in offer. The pricing of their used vehicles was much less than other dealers in the area. Very happy with out F-150 😁

From the first call until the last, everyone was awesome. TJ in sales was easy to deal with. The truck exceeded my expectations. The service was top notch. They delivered the truck to my front door from over a four hour drive. Very impressed. Thank you so much.

I went through almost 15 different dealerships/salespeople to find the perfect SUV for me and a good price. I stopped in Moses Ford by accident looking for the Moses used car lot. I thought I knew what new vehicle I wanted but thought I'd check out used cars before buying a new one. It was raining so when we arrived Geovany brought an umbrella out for my boyfriend and I and walked us in. We asked him where the used car lot was and he told us where it was then asked if he could show us anything while we were there. I told him what type of vehicle  I was looking for and he brought a Ford Escape into the show room so we wouldn't have to look at the car in the rain. He then went into descriptive detail about the vehicle, different safety features, why certain things were designed a certain way to serve a purpose. He completely sold me on the Escape when I thought I had no interest in one at all. (I've driven the same Ford for 10 years and thought I wanted to change brands just to have something different). Geovany is very intelligent and helpful, but not pushy at all. This was 100% the best car buying experience I have ever had.

James Hodges is great first of all. Second without David Running service it would be terrible he resolved every issue that Billy had created for my family and I and a lot of unnecessary stress. And Mark is super polite in service. And mark in parts is a great asset I have gotten to know a few of these people and I would recommend Going through David for all of your service needs
