1st time going there. The atmosphere was good. The food was as well. The bartender, Amy, that waited on us was very friendly and took awesome care of us. Don't have one thing to criticize on this visit. Will definitely be a return customer.

The food is pretty decent but a bit overpriced. The service is AWFUL. The turnover must be pretty high because every time I go no one has a clue what they're doing. At least 5 people asked tonight if they could help me but didn't. I was just there to pick up a to go. I stared at my bag for at least 10 minutes before I was allowed to pay for it. When I got it home, it was wrong. When I was asked if I wanted to look in the store I said no because I'd been standing there so long. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. And it might be a good idea to make the servers all wear the same outfit so the right message is relayed to the customers.

I went last night to pick up a to go order from Hurricane Wings for the first time in months. I ordered and paid online. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately and my order was ready and correct. The food was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure what happened to cause the change, but this was an incredibly pleasant surprise! Thank you!

Great food! But the service, not so much. It was busy, but our waitress hardly came by and when she did she never had what we asked for. It took longer than it should have for our drinks. Maybe it was an off night, I don't know.

Great, friendly service. They have the only salsa I can eat because it's so mild. Great mozzarella sticks! Good variety of menu items. Love trivia night!

I believe this will be our last trip in. The servers are wonderful but I have never been there one time that they were not out of multiple items. We just live down the road so this place is very convienient and the food is pretty good when they have it. All I can say is they must have idiots doing the ordering because they are constantly running out of things and their business has dropped of considerably compared to when we first started going. Wonder why.
